We offer flexible booking throughout the year with competitive rates that reflect the season. All stays include full use of the caravan, access to site facilities, and welcome packs for both humans and dogs!
2025 / 2026 Tariff Guide​​​
Stays are a minimum of 3 nights, with any day check-in available all year round.
Prices shown are per 7-night stay within the date ranges below.
Stays spanning two rate periods will be charged accordingly. A £75 supplement applies to 3–4 night stays.​

Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy
​
To secure your stay at Crantock Retreat, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full details for payment will be sent over on receipt of your booking form. Please note bookings will not be secured until the payment is received.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

If you’re booking within 4 weeks of your stay, the full amount will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before arrival: Deposit is retained, but no further charges will apply.

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any payments unless we are able to re-let the dates.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
